McCoy G. Martinez – Family Law & Civil Litigation Attorney

McCoy G. Martinez is a dedicated associate attorney with five years of experience in family law and civil litigation. A graduate of the University of New Mexico and Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law, McCoy brings a strong foundation in legal research, courtroom advocacy, and strategic case management.

McCoy follows a client-centered approach grounded in active listening, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. He is committed to advocating zealously for his clients while upholding the highest ethical standards—handling every matter with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. His experience spans private practice and federal courts, including roles at Jaffe Family Law, Aldridge Pite, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Outside of the firm, McCoy volunteers with adults with special needs and enjoys staying active. He’s an avid basketball fan, frequent traveler, and lover of the outdoors. His guiding philosophy: “Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.”
